About Our Gym
Welcome to the gym family
What to wear, what to bring, who's coaching your athlete, and answers to the questions families ask most.
What to wear and bring
Keep it simple — no special gear required for a first class. Here's what works best on the mats:
Clothes that move with them
Fitted BLACK athletic clothes — leotards, leggings, or a t-shirt and shorts that stay put upside down.
Cheer Shoes or Clean Shoes
Cheer shoes or clean athletic shoes only — a pair that's never worn outside. Street shoes track dirt onto the mats, so bring gym-only shoes and change at the door.
Hair up, jewelry off
Long hair pulled back in a ponytail or bun, and jewelry left at home for safety.
Water bottle
A filled water bottle with your athlete's name on it — flipping is thirsty work.
Coaches who know your athlete by name
Every class is led by coaches who spot, cheer, and know every athlete by name. Small-town gym, big-family care.
Safety-first progressions
Every skill is built on a safe progression — drills first, then spotting, then flying solo when an athlete is ready.
Small groups, real attention
No one gets lost in the crowd. Coaches adjust drills to each athlete's level within the same class.
Cheering counts as coaching
Progress is celebrated at every level — from the very first cartwheel to the biggest pass on the floor.
